About UD Materials:

UD material, short for Unidirectional Material, is a type of high-performance composite material where fibers are neatly arranged in a single direction and fixed by a resin matrix. Its core characteristic is "directional reinforcement"—possessing extreme strength and protective performance along the fiber alignment direction, while being relatively flexible in the perpendicular direction. The stacking angle can be flexibly designed according to the application scenario, making it widely used in fields requiring lightweight and high performance.

Our core advantages:

1. Complies with the Latest NIJ Standards: Safety standards are constantly evolving, and our commitment to exceeding them remains unwavering. Our Unidirectional (UD) protective materials are rigorously tested and certified to fully comply with the latest standards from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), including the NIJ-0101.06 ballistic protection standard and other relevant updated versions. This commitment ensures our materials provide proven and reliable protection against various ballistic threats.

2. Raw Material Control: We exclusively use the highest grade fiber materials, meticulously selected and processed to maximize tensile strength and energy absorption capabilities. Strict control begins at the raw material stage, laying a solid and stable foundation for exceptional performance.

3. Precise Process Control: Our proprietary UD panel manufacturing process is finely monitored. Key aspects such as precise fiber alignment, resin formulation, and lamination techniques are all optimized to eliminate weak points and maximize the protective efficacy of the material.

4. Strict Batch Stability Control: Consistency in protective gear is paramount. We implement stringent batch stability control processes to ensure critical performance indicators such as areal density, V50 ballistic limit, and backface deformation remain consistent across every production batch. This reliability is the cornerstone of our commitment.
